Message NewJerZ:

First let me apologize for your less-than-perfect experience with us. As with any company we do sometimes have an issue that slips through the cracks, although its certainly not intentional. I have prided myself on our customer service as our company has grown over the years.

You should probably know a little more of what has been happening at MVP over the last few months. In January we found a place to relocate to and began the long process of construction & moving. Most of April I was personally out of the office dealing with setting up our new location, and then half of May I spent in meetings in our new facility with insurance people, contractors, interviews, etc.
I'm glad to say that we are now fully settled into our new 16,000 sq/ft facility and are now up and running again full steam. I do know, however, that the customer service we typically offer did suffer some during our move & especially during my absence. Although there are multiple sales reps & shipping personel here, when I leave things just don't run as smooth. That's just part of being a small company.

Second, Apex has been a complete nightmare for us. We can't go direct with Apex USA b\c they aren't opening (and haven't been for over a year) any new Warehouse Distribution accounts which is the only type of account we desire to have with them. So we've been using another distributor of Apex for the last couple of years, but their service had been going downhill for some time. In February we switched to a new dealer finally and for a while things were great. Then they stopped answering our phone calls more & more regularly, and it got to the point of not even being able to reach them but maybe twice a week. We were desperately trying to find other places to buy Apex but without success. Then finally they stopped answering their phones all together. I heard in April (just as I was trying to move to our new facility) that they had actually been evicted from their shop. To this day I have never been able to reach them again and I am quite sure we have lost all of our money we had invested with them. Your order as well as 20+ more orders are lost. We paid for them, but they never got shipped.

At this point things are better. We are now on with another Apex dealer and things are going good (fingers crossed). Luckily with every other brand we carry we are direct (HKS, Greddy, Blitz, Volk, Tanabe, Stillen, Brembo, ATR, Random Tech, etc etc etc) so we don't ever expect any issues like this.

I am aware that all of our internal problems do not change the fact you received poor service here, but I feel I owe an explanation to you and the Z community. The reviews listed on our website are all true and taken straight from the source quoted. They definately are NOT BS. Many of them come from Supraforums.com and you can read them yourself if you search our name. While we aren't perfect, we strive to be. I want you & everyone to know your experience with us is not the norm here. All I can do is apologize & explain, you'll either except it or not.

Regards,

Dusty
